Woodland birthday parties 2023

FULLY BOOKED FOR 2022 BUT BOOKINGS OPEN FOR 2023 0n 5th OCTOBER 2022

​

Our unique Woodland Birthday Parties are a great way to let your little adventurers get dirty, explore and have fun with their friends.

​

2 hour party for 10 children costs £190 ( £10 a head per extra children up to a maximum of 20 children) and includes: 

​

: All activities for free play as well as a craft or activity where the children can make something to take home.  

​

DEN BUILDING - FIRE AND FIRE LIGHTING - MUD KITCHEN- FLOWER CROWNS - BUG HUNTING - PIT DIGGING

CLAY MODELLING -  - WOODLAND CRAFTS  - MUSIC MAKING- STAGE 

​

Also includes a pass the parcel or treasure hunt dependant on their age. 

Parties can also be follow a theme based on your child's interests.

​

Hot chocolate and toasting marshmallows on the fire to make s'mores. 

​

Refreshments for adults that stay for the party

Optional extras

​

Food: You have the option to bring your own party lunch boxes or hot dogs cooked on the fire, crisps, salad, fruit and cakes for £60 for 10 and  £5 a head for extra children

​

Party bag:  £5 each for a cloth bag containing a few outdoor activities and sweets/chocolate.

​

Face painting/glitter/tattoos: Sam from Painted Pretty can provide glitter, tattoos or face paints £50 for 20 children. Price is negotiable for less children.

Cancellation: 

In the event of adverse weather, it will mean a party cannot go ahead as planned to ensure the safety of the children. We will aim to reschedule the party of if preferred you will be entitled to a full refund.

Parties are cancelled where weather warnings are issued for winds above 40 mph and/or heavy rain, extreme heat and maybe snow- depending on its severity.
